De huidige productie is ongeveer 5 kwintaal extra olijfolie van eerste persing met BOB-label, met een productiepotentieel tot 100 kwintaal per jaar dankzij agronomische optimalisatie en uitbreiding van de teelt. De olie heeft al prijzen en onderscheidingen gewonnen, wat getuigt van de uitmuntende productie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naast de olijventeelt is er een gecertificeerde biologische honingproductie met 150 bijenkorven, beheerd in een speciale ruimte voor de oogst en verwerking, een extra toegevoegde waarde voor een multifunctioneel project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De binnenruimtes zijn ruim, licht en goed georganiseerd. De hoofdingang leidt naar een charmante kamer met een grote open haard, het gezellige hart van de structuur. Dit wordt gevolgd door kamers voor het persen en opslaan van de olie, evenals extra veelzijdige kamers voor productiegebruik of toekomstige transformaties. Een grote ruimte leent zich perfect voor het cre\u00ebren van een proeflokaal of cateringruimte, ideaal voor het ontwikkelen van een agrotoerisme- of eet- en wijnbedrijf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buiten is al een ruimte van ongeveer 40 vierkante meter voorbereid voor buitenactiviteiten, proeverijen en evenementen.
