Villa Merelli is located on a quiet knoll a few kilometres from Arezzo, along the road to Siena. Immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, this 16th-century residence is one of the most historic and charming in the area.

The property comprises three buildings: the main villa, measuring approximately 800 square metres, and two annexes of approximately 200 square metres each, all surrounded by a 7,000 square metre park with centuries-old oak trees.
