This property has been designed to meet the needs of hospitality and comfort, effectively comprising three large interconnected volumes on three floors, connected by an internal staircase with provision for a lift.
From a construction point of view, the building consists of a reinforced concrete structure with brick infill, completely plastered and painted in a light yellow shade. The architectural rigour of the building and the constant search for formal cleanliness of the façades are reflected in the interior design concepts, while at the same time maintaining materials typical of the area. A minimalist décor with contemporary wooden elements was opted for, including wenge-stained wardrobes and beds, wenge-stained oak doors with brushed steel handles and locks, and square wall sconces in white frosted glass with polished steel fittings.

From the plant engineering point of view, the building is equipped with a heating/cooling system consisting of fan coils.
Inside there are 11 flats plus communal areas on all floors.
Possibility of extension for a further 6 flats (concession obtained for the purposes of the Superintendency of Architectural Heritage) plus the possibility of building a further 2 flats in the basement area (work in progress).
