The property covers approximately 18 hectares and is fenced off, with part of the land used as high forest and arable land. The farmhouses occupy approximately 3 hectares of pasture land, with olive groves and orchards on a further 3 surrounding hectares. Both olive groves and orchards are close to the farmhouses. On the unfenced land there are additional high-trunk woods and arboreal arable land.

The farmhouses are licensed for agritourism and are accessed from a provincial road via a communal road and then a private road. The farmhouses have a total of 11 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, 8 living rooms and an independent living room of130 square metres.
Each flat has one or more 'serena' stone fireplaces.
The chimneys and all the 'serena' stonework in the buildings were made by expert local stonemasons.

The first farmhouse, called 'La Chiesina', has two independent flats of about 75 square metres each with pellet heating and solar thermal energy. The farmhouse was totally built in 2004/2005; all the underground parts are in reinforced concrete, while the structure is totally clad in exposed local stone; the roof and load-bearing structures are made of wooden beams.
The floor is terracotta and the interior and exterior fixtures are solid wood; all windows are double-glazed.

The second farmhouse, the 'Casale Padronale', is local stone dating back to the mid-1800s, with a surface area of approximately 450 square metres. It was renovated in 1986 and comprises on the ground floor a large living room with brick arches, part of the walls and columns in exposed stone, a large stone fireplace, dining room, study, large kitchen with pantry and a bathroom, boiler room and laundry room.
On the first floor are three large bedrooms with private bathrooms in each. The floor throughout is made of antique chestnut parquet.

The structure is heated by a wood-fired boiler that not only heats the radiators throughout the house, but also provides a reserve of domestic hot water.

There is also an 8x16 m swimming pool, a garage for three cars, a separate flat and a large convivial lounge. The pool is surrounded by a lawn and a wooden gazebo. The garage also has a terrace above it that serves as a ceiling.
In 2017, another 3x6 size pool was built for dogs.

The 'Casale I Falchi' is located at a higher elevation and has two flats (70 and 100 square metres respectively), both with stone fireplaces and pellet heating. Underneath the building is a reinforced concrete room with a height of 4 metres, used as a shed for agricultural equipment.
The room/garage is completely underground and not visible from any point in the housing units

All buildings are constructed with local and earthquake-resistant materials, with high quality finishes. The heating, plumbing and electrical systems comply with current regulations and are certified. The water supply is guaranteed by the public aqueduct and all structures and grounds are well maintained.
Chiusi della Verna stands at the base of the mountain where St Francis received the stigmata in 1224, as Dante Alighieri also recalls in the 11th Canto of Paradise.
Chiusi della Verna is a centre located in the fascinating Arno and Tiber valleys, in the heart of the Casentino Forest National Park. This area is of considerable importance for the faithful and pilgrims. In fact, starting from the town of Chiusi it traces an ideal connection between the two most important spiritual centres of the Casentino, the Sanctuary of La Verna and the monastery of Camaldoli, passing through another religious site of particular importance in the itineraries of Faith, the Abbey of Prataglia.
The main streams in and around Chiusi are a paradise for trout fishermen.
