Located in one of the most characteristic streets of the town of Ascoli Piceno. The church, which has never been a burial place but only a place of worship, was built and inaugurated in 1585, dedicated to Our Lady of Loreto. 

Deconsecrated in 1919 and sold to private owners, it now houses a 1586 fresco depicting the Madonna of the Stars.

Arranged on 3 levels, the property is located at the apex of a characteristic, historical pedestrian pathway lined with cobblestones, the entrance to the church offers the possibility of double entry, both from the entrance that was the main place of worship, and from the south side. 

The ground floor one large room, plus bathroom and small courtyard, offers the possibility of being divided into a living area, with kitchen and large, bright living room. 

The upper floor with wooden mezzanine is prepared for one or two bedrooms plus bathroom. 

On the third floor there is the possibility of creating an additional bedroom or study. The historical finishes are not lacking, from the antique terracotta flooring, to the fresco of the Madonna of the Stars, the internal and external roof tiles painted with stars, the benefactors' plaques, and the façade with a largely preserved 1780 decoration.

Restored in 2005 with work on: consolidation of foundations and load-bearing walls, roofing with decorated flatwork, consolidation and restoration of external facades, it is now used as a professional studio. Since its restoration, it has been the venue for important city events.

The structure lends itself to various uses such as a prestigious residence, representative office, concert hall, etc.
