The farmhouse is spread over three levels and comprises 18 spacious rooms, all with private bathrooms. On the ground floor we find, as usual, the reception area for welcoming guests, the reception room used as a restaurant with a maximum capacity of 80 people, the breakfast room, kitchen, bar and conference room.

Outside, an elegant dehor offers a spectacular view of the Monferrato hills, while the swimming pool is surrounded by a green garden. At the back of the property are vineyards, of Barbera DOCG and Chardonnay.

The complex also includes a private car park, a well-equipped playground, an access road that also allows buses to pass through, a vegetable garden area with a cistern to collect rainwater, a photovoltaic system for the production and sale of electricity, and a solar thermal system that powers the entire facility.

San Marzano Oliveto is a picturesque municipality located in southern Piedmont, in the province of Asti. It stands on a hill 301 metres above sea level, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding region. The town is about 25 km from Asti, the provincial capital.
The landscape of San Marzano Oliveto is reminiscent of Tuscany and Umbria, characterised by rolling hills and vineyards that produce, among others, the famous Barbera wine.
