A few kilometres from Asti and only 30 minutes from the centre of Turin, this splendid estate is strategically located, just over an hour from both Milan and the ski slopes of Sestriere or the sea of Liguria. The manor house, situated on a hill with a 360-degree panoramic view, dominates a picturesque landscape surrounded by vineyards, a park with swimming pool and a state-of-the-art wine cellar.

The oldest part of the villa dates back to 1683, when it was built as a monastery. Later, it was transformed into a luxurious noble residence. The main façade of the villa is striking in its elegance, with a double central staircase and three balconies on the main floor enriched with beautiful wrought iron details.
The colonnaded portico offers an enchanting view of the vineyards, while the inner courtyard, embellished with a stone fountain, evokes an atmosphere of times gone by.

The main house covers approximately 364 square metres and, on the ground floor, accommodates a refined living area consisting of a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. On the upper floor, the sleeping area accommodates three large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, as well as a wardrobe room and a laundry room.

A second building is dedicated to welcoming guests and tasting the wines produced on the estate, with direct access to the modern wine cellar that still preserves the ancient underground cavity, the 'infernot'. The interiors captivate with traditional vaulted ceilings and an industrial kitchen to support accommodation activities. On the upper floor is an independent flat of 130 square metres.

The third structure of the estate houses two further flats, on two levels, of 120 square metres and 86 square metres respectively, both with independent entrances.
The multi-level, oval-shaped pool includes a bar area, making it perfect for relaxing moments.
The original church, separate from the villa, was restored and converted into a garage and storage rooms.

The property produces some of the best wines in the area, including Monferrato DOC Nebbiolo, Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG and Piemonte DOC Grignolino for reds, and Monferrato DOC Arneis and Sauvignon Bianco for whites. The vineyards currently cover 4.5 hectares and include:

The property covers a total of 13.3 hectares, comprising 8,000 square metres of gardens, 4.5 hectares of organic vineyards, 0.9 hectares cultivated with over 300 IGP Piedmont hazelnut plants, a 7,000 square metre lake, and 3.4 hectares of woods and orchards. All this is set in a landscape context of great value, dedicated to the protection of biodiversity and environmental protection.
