VILLA WITH TWO ANNEXES, PARK, SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH

In Cannero Riviera, the City of Citrus Fruit Trees, only 11 km from the Swiss border, in a position overlooking the lake, a villa immersed in a park of 12,500 square metres, rich in extraordinary tree qualities, is for sale. The choice of materials has favoured high quality materials and finishes, such as terracotta, exposed ceilings, bathrooms with accessories and fine ceramics.

The roof garden below the villa houses the completely new panoramic swimming pool, characterised by a large sun terrace, overlooking the blue lake. Defiled by a pagoda-shaped gazebo, it offers a relaxation area with an incomparable view of the lake.

Tucked away in the shade of evergreen trees, a large porch-cum-cloakroom, which can accommodate up to 10 people, offers itself for pleasant gatherings with friends or for relaxing shade on hot summer days.
